Assembly Automation

Assembly Automation

By automating product assembly, we can achieve greater production efficiency, improved quality, and stabilization. Other advantages include saving on production costs and addressing staff shortages. The error rate and risk of injury to employees are also reduced.

Collaborative robots are most commonly used for automation, but it depends on the specific case of the assembly line automation. The cost of an assembly station or line depends on the number of operations performed. For complex mechanical tasks, assembly of semi-automatic machines occurs, requiring partial human operation. For simple operations in assembly, we use single-purpose machines, and for complex tasks, we use complex production lines. Conveyors can ensure transport between assembly stations. Simple slides or automatic insertion into transport matrices can be installed on machines. To improve production, we integrate machine vision and other measuring systems. We also offer installation of product marking systems, such as lasers, printing, labeling, or stamping machines.
